Jennifer is a three-time cancer survivor. Within 10 years, she underwent chemotherapy and surgical treatment for thyroid, bladder and breast cancer. She has now been in remission for 10 years.

Chemotherapy drugs are designed to rapidly attack growing cancer cells. One major side effect is hair loss, not just on your scalp but also other parts of the body. Following Jennifer’s cancer treatments, her eyebrows suffered the effects of chemotherapy hair loss, and she no longer had full, natural-looking eyebrows. After years of filling in her eyebrows, microblading was the perfect procedure to not only give her the appearance of natural looking eyebrows again, but to help boost her confidence after three difficult cancer battles.

What is Microblading?

Microblading is a brow contouring procedure that gives patients semi-permanent, perfectly shaped and filled eyebrows without makeup. Pigment is administered using a handheld blade comprised of fine needles. Hair-like strokes are created to mimic the appearance of natural hair strands. Results typically last for 12-16 months.
